If someone shows these symptoms, act immediately.<\/p><p>Stop the activity:\nCease all physical exertion at once. Continuing could worsen the situation.<\/p><p>Seek shade and cool the body:\nMove the person to a shaded and cool area. Use cooling methods like damp cloths on the skin or fans to reduce body temperature.<\/p><p>Hydration:\nIf conscious, the person should sip water or isotonic drinks. Avoid caffeine or alcohol, which worsen dehydration.<\/p><p>Avoid drinks containing caffeine or alcohol, as they can worsen dehydration.<\/p><p>Consult a medical professional:\nIf symptoms persist or consciousness is lost, seek immediate medical attention.<\/p><p>Heat stroke can progress rapidly and cause severe damage to the body.<br \/>Prevention is always better than cure.
